Registration Closes...
In order to sign up for camp, you must register through our website. Once you've registered, you will receive a email confirming that we have received your registration. Make sure that you receive the email from us. Many times the emails appear in your spam/junk folders. In order to prevent this, add our email address (help@camptamarack.net) to your contact list. If you do not receive the confirmation email, you should contact us immediately.
Once we review your registration, we'll be able to send you further information. You will receive an email within 2 weeks of registering (or sooner).
Camp Tamarack is a Reformed conference for unmarried young people. You must be at least 16 on or before December 31st, 2025 (if you were born on January 1, 2010 or later, you can't come in 2025!)
When accepting registrations, priority will be given to baptized or professing members of the following denominations: United Reformed Church, Canadian Reformed Church, Free Reformed Church, Christian Reformed Church, Associate Reformed Presbyterian, Orthodox Presbyterian Church, Presbyterian Church of America, Heritage Reformed Church. If you are from a different church, we will evaluate your registration and you may be subject to a waiting period of up to two weeks.
Please note that we expect all campers to commit to attending the full week.
This year we are requiring that your payment is made when your registration is accepted. If your payment is not received within two weeks, we will offer your spot to someone else. This means that for all those who register on June 2, you will need to pay by June 16 to keep your spot. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns with this.
We encourage payments by E-transfer, but you can also mail us a cheque if required.
If you want to cancel your registration, send an email to help@camptamarack.net letting us know. We will provide a full refund for cancellations received by July 16; after that date we will give a 50% refund.
Registrations are non-transferrable. This means that if you are unable to attend, you must let us know by email. You may not give your registration to a friend, assuming they can get in because you're not there. There is a waiting list.
